Brilliant overall experience, easy transfer, modern and clean facility, no upselling (in fact they didn’t try to sell me anything) and a thorough check of the car provided. Received a nearly new Nissan micra with all mod cons which was excellent. Would definitely use again!

Good service, prompt collection from airport. Professional outfit. Car was clean and got an upgrade. Fuel has to be exact on return as got sent across the road to fill up 1 bar which is fair enough. Ensure the car has what the rental agreement says upon return and shouldn’t be any issues.

Booked directly through Auto Union's website for a particular car. That exact car was what I was given. I arrived in Rhodes late in the evening (11pm?) and someone was waiting outside the baggage area looking for me and reaching me by phone to take me to Auto Union's location with the car. I literally didn't wait a single minute in the airport, and was immediately put in the van and taken to get my car. Took 5 minutes of paperwork to get ready to go. Didn't try to oversell me on a single thing. Just said here's the paperwork, need the deposit, here's your car. Dropping the car off and getting to the airport was just as smooth. I took care of the car very well, and after returning it did not get any unexpected charges. Went exactly as I had hoped and dead simple.
