Good hotel for families. Mostly families with small babies. Good service at restaurant. Food at average level with a lot of choice, mainly the same every day. Small problem with lifts capacity. 3 lifts with capacity for 4 people only, which causes during dinner time sometimes couple of minutes waiting. Kettle is available for kids to heat up water in the room. Housekeeping clean every day, friendly. Good connection to the Rhodes Town (20min) by bus , line 40. 2.5€ pp. Faliraki Town 5 min by bus. Enough space with plenty of sunbeds. Animation for the kids with a lot of activities.

Pro:1. Food is everywhere and all day long. Great for children and for alcohol lovers.2. Staff is always smiling and kind.3. Beach is comfortable, flat sea, different pools are suitable for all ages.4. Entertainment stuff is working hard - different activities, nice atmosphere.5. Rooms are clean and well maintained.Con:1. Food - though the verity is big, the quality is less. Same food every day (most guest stay more than a couple of days so a different meals could have been great (Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Indian and so).No proper yogurts (it is white cheese with\without fruity thing) no granola, no proper dark break.2. Rooms- as I read in many reviews, I can only agree:A.C is too loud and acoustic is worth I have experienced (you can hear a baby cry a few Rooms away)3. Last but not least- I look like there is a single lifeguard for both pools. She is doing rounds, but it is very risky. Lucky me a children can sweem.

We booked this all-inclusive resort for 2 weeks, and I have to say it was a very good experience.The location is not so far away from the main centre of falaraki, and the hotel has everything.Even though it was at the end of September, the hotel was nearly fully booked.Room: we booked a family room that has a queen sized bed and a bunker bed for 2 kids.If you are over 5.11 feet/180cm, then the bed will seem small.The room was pretty old and not properly renovated.Dinning options: One of the great accepts is that even for 14 days, every single day had a different variety of main dishes. The cooks made amazingly delicious food and never boring.All inclusive is a good option and everything was more or less open from 7am till 11:59pmBeach: The setup was great, and the shore clean with enough space to swim.View: very nice view on the beach.Activities: Every day, there were sports, some band signing for adults, and a mini disco for kids, that was fun.Staff: The reception was very kind and helpful. The cleaners were working nonstop to make sure that the common areas were kept clean.The bartenders/Waiters were at some times not so friendly because I guess they were stressed and understaffed with the high number of people, especially for breakfast.One member, Marietta from the main bar on the reception, was extremely polite and helpful to me, and as I could see to most of the other guests.All in all, it is a nice place that I would surely recommend especially if you have kids and want to have a nice holiday.

Average at best.....The room was nothing like the pictures and was quite noisy. We were put on the 1. floor across the rooms where the employees of the hotel were staying, which would constantly bang with the doors throughout the night, waking us up. So getting a full night's sleep was not possible. We complained several times, but that did not help much.When it comes to the food, we had several option to chose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, most of the dishes were quite blend and lacking seasoning. Apart from the desserts, which were always great.The Rooms and Service were lacking a few main things which was quite disappointing in my opinion. For instance, there was no option to get an iron and iron your clothes in your room. To get your clothes ironed, you would have to pay a fee per item of clothing(~5€) so the hotel can do it for your. In addition to that, there was no kettle in the room and no option to hang your wet beach towels apart from the balcony railing.The beach on the other hand was great, with a lot of lounge chairs to chose from and clear blue water.

Good family oriented hotel.Food is good and varied, but hot food could be hotter. A bit chaotic in the main restaurant.Animation team brilliant and very friendly with everyone.
