It’s nice that you can choose to feed the animals. The best part of the Zoo is that you can hangout with the Maki’s and feed them. They even come and sir on your shoulder. But the Zoo is so empty, there is nothing to do for the animals, the places they’re in are kinda small and just looks like plain desert. Was kinda sad to see that they have nothing to see or do for them.
Only good things I have to say. We visited the place in December but the weather was perfect and just right. People there are very friendly and kind. You have the chance to see many animals and also feed some of them. Of course the lemurs steal your heart. We enjoyed every minute. We totally suggest u visit the place and take a lot of pictures.
Paradise for anyone who loves animals. You can pet almost all the animals in farm (ostrich, lemurs, goats, camels, donkeys, birds etc). You can go inside lemurs cage and feed and pet them. Same with ostriches and other smaller animals.12€ for grown up and 2€ for cup of food (there were three different types of food).Personnel was super friendly and well informed about all the animals. There's also mostly vegetarian cafe and gift shop.
Very nice place. Maybe not the widest scope of species, but the atmosphere is great. You can spend there 1-2 hours, depending on the feeding time. It was great to hear the stories about emus, feed them and check how strong the eggs are. Gentleman from Canada who moved to Greece told us plenty of stories about katta lemures. Much appreciate ❤️
Amazing place! The staff is very friendly and the animals are very cute. It was my first time touching one ostrich and I could stand on the ostrich eggs (it sounds weird, but it's part of the zoo's show). The lemurs are adorable, with supervision you can interact with them.Minor (-1 Star) was the food from the Restaurant, it was a little bit of taste.Recommend this place any time!
