Kania Beach

Really nice beach in a perfectly calm version. Crystal clear water. Quiet. Very cheap sunbeds of 3 Euros /per day. 30 min. walk there and back from the harbour or accesible by water taxi. The restaurant seems perfect with a nice staff and the best Greek beer is served there as premium in freezing jugs.

Very well organised and somewhat cozy place outside town. You may easily walk here, but it's nicer to take the taxi-boat - it's holiday-time! They will gladly serve you drinks at your sunbed, around 1 pm most guests head for the nice and shady taverna. Good food, nothing outstanding - but tasty and not overpriced. Enjoy probably the best bread on the island (not from the local bakery I guess) and all-time favourites such as seafood pasta or a simple Greek salad. Kind and polite service.

To reach this beach i took a small ship from the Port at the cost of 5 euro round way trip. This is a very lovely place is the Island of halcki. The sea is beautiful and you can rent a beach umbrella for 3 euros pp or a big beach umbrella with a big bed for 15. There is a bar with umbrella service and a restaurant. The restaurant is very nice and the Food is very Good you can taste local fresh fish grilled at the moment and you can chose from a show case what type of fish do you want. The prices are normal for the good service.

Excellent taverna with great food: they fish their own fish so everything is super fresh. Try the grilled calamari, the home made gigantes beans and octopus stifado.

Really nice and easily accessible beach, the food is extremely fresh and very well cooked. I would definitely recommended it.
