Kiotari Akti Beachfront Villas

Vila has a nice view to the sea. Also a bit further from the main street. Swimming pool is decent size one. Inside is pretty spacious and cozy. Free drinks from host was a nice gesture. Overall everything that might be needed like grill, washing machine, mosquito device are available. A fine experience in a pretty empty village that has very friendly people. Good choice in the end. 🤝

Sadly we never made it to the Kiotari Villa for our holiday because of the Rhodes wildfires.However Yiannis was the most pro-active, generous and thoughtful host, making sure our my husband and 2 young children knew exactly what was happening, from the minute we landed, right up until we needed to turn back to Rhodes city for our safety.We were then booked into an alternative hotel until we could figure out what we could do next.We felt so cared for and looked after, we couldn’t thank Yiannis and his partner Isidora enough for taking such wonderful care of us, even though they themselves were trying to take care of their property and livelihood!We wish you all the best Yiannis, you are an incredible host and we thank you for keeping us safe ❤️

Lovely Villa, Clean and Modern. Includes BBQ for use too, which is perfect.Hosts were friendly and kind and even provided some welcome refreshments.

Everything was amazing. Quite and cozy area with beautiful pool area. Every morning you can see sunrise. And walk 5 min to the sea.Villa have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom and living room with fully kitchenette.Really recommend this place for quite and cosy vacations.

Words are not enough for how incredible these villas are. I can’t fault anything at all. Visited twice now and already want to return!
