Our holiday here was perfect from start to finish.Check in very speedy and smoothWarm welcome.The foyer is vast and shiny with beautiful flowers and lighting.Rooms well maintained, very comfortable and really clean.All staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all of the staff work long hours and very hard.Food was fantastic constantly being topped up rather than having masses of food sitting there . constantly tidying up.We enjoyed food and the drink. The beach was good but sea a bit rocky take beach shoesIt never felt probably due to the lay out of the hotel.Pools wind around the rooms so lots of space and often pool seemed empty which was lovely. Plenty of sun beds.Highly recommend a visit here. The nicest most welcoming place we've visited so far.We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teens.

Excellent service , very friendly staff. Food was also very good. Rooms updated and cozy. Would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy your stay in the island of Rhodes. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. We will absolutely come back to your hotel.

They claim that it's a 5 star hotel. It is NOT. 3 stars at best.1. You get a cart in order to get a towel for the pool. If you loose the card it cost you 25 Euros.What kind of 5 star hotel doesn't give towels for the pool?2. There is more to it, you can't just ask for the towel. A 3 mins walk to the other side of the hotel is required to get one. And you got signed in their systems which is a sheet of paper for how many towel you took.Towels must be given back in order to get unsigned.3. The food is horrible. Taste like frozen seafood that was heated with microwave.4. The facilities are old like the hotel itself. Seem like the songs they playing, the towels (originally green colored but after so much laundry they became white), the rooms are from 15 years ago.5. Certain places in the hotel smells horrible.6. We were in a room for which we needed to switch 2 elevators.7. Now to one of the worst things here: the service. I'd expect from a 5 star hotel to bring my suitcases to my room after check in. It did not happen.Most of the staff I encountered were rude and impatient.It seems that they wished not to be here at all.

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, I’d say 4 starts would be extremely generous for this hotel. The service at the reception desk is extremely rude, the staff at the dinning room would do nothing to accommodate the simplest request like providing a slice of lemon to your sparkling water, a bottle you need to pay for at dinner (they sent me to the buffet to ‘look for lemon’ which was only tucked into the fish).Everything is old and ran down. The feeling is that the hotel spares any cent on you they possibly can.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Your money can be used for far better experiences.

It is an amazing hotel, the service is the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff helped you and they had small carts to take you around. Many Swimmingpools (indoors and outdoors), a Gym and Massages. Everyday the food is different, has a lot of variety and is child friendly. A lot of amazing staff who take good care of you. Very High quality service with clean rooms. It has great access to the beach, with a hallway leading you there.
