Medieval Trench Trail

Do not be fooled - this is NOT a leisurely organised walk, the walls are 10 km long and this walk offers little shade, no place to buy water, very few hidden exits or signage. Recommend a 15 min walk to the first tower before turning around, no infrastructure exists beyond the entrance!!!

Beautiful walk around the outside of the castle. Lots to look at and explore for free. Brings you put by the harbour at the south of the old town, between the start and finish there aren't any other exits.If the sun is shining keep an eye out for Lizards on the walls too!

Beautiful walk, probably a bit over two miles. Of course, bring water and a hat, but we started at about 0900 and had shade for more than half of the walk.

Very nice trail!!! Lovely walk along the beautifull walls of the city of rhodes. Lots of little lizards! They should remove the trash thats hidden away between all the cracks and caves
