A great hotel with amazing staff. The staff really made our holiday what it was. There was nothing they couldn't do for us and really took the time to entertain the kids and not just via the planned shows. All the staff were ready to help and you won't be disappointed with the selection of drinks, food and restaurants to choose from.

I enjoyed this hotel—family and kids-friendly. We had so much fun. The nighttime entertainment is fantastic. They have loads of activities planned every day. The staff here are so friendly, pleasant and always ready to help.For the meal time, they need to have two sections for the buffet at the restaurant to avoid that long queue. I will recommend it, try it and you won't regret it.

Mitsis faliraki Beach, a hotel of impressions and well-being.The first time I have been there in 2019 and since then every year, to today.As soon as you enter the hotel, the holiday already begins, you are welcomed and introduced to the hotel by a friendly staff, there you begin to feel like you come to a second home. . .If you are sitting on a sun bed , on the breathtaking beach you can look out at the sea. You are surrounded by and super staffs, which are always friendly and one the desire drink also bring to the sun bed.If you get to bored on the sun bed, you can participate in various offers of the fitness instructors. These can be found in the hotel’s own gym. The wonderful fitness instructors are very friendly and helpful, the offered workouts, especially yoga, are amazing. Technical adjustments are also made to improve your technique, which is very helpful!The staffs not only in the Àlà-cart restaurants but also in the main restaurant are trying very hard to satisfy every wish and you can always joke with them.In general, it feels very familiar how people interact with each other.But apart from the staff, the facility is clearly arranged and very modern.In conclusion, an absolute recommendation! Friendly, helpful, nice staffs. Just Amazing, happy to found such a caring and wonderful hotel❤️

We had a wonderful time at this hotelApart from the beautiful setting, this is a most comfortable hotelwith very good food and generous hospitality in all respectsHousekeeping was excellent tooHowever,, the most important aspect of our enjoyment was the unfailing friendliness of the staff. Consistently solicitous, anxious to please, they made our stay perfect. From Nikos the porter on day one to our farewell at reception, we felt this team love welcoming their guests and ensuring that they have a great holiday.Thank you!

Fabulous hotel with some lovely friendly helpful staff, I'd like to mention Serafia in the main dinning room & Nikos the beach barman, both were exceptional. The only negatives would be the food in most of the Al a carte restaurants was poor (the food in the main dining room was really good.) Also children were left to run wild while the evening shows were on narrowly missing the acts, there should be a barrier. Mainly a wonderful holiday
