Ok Mobility Rental Rhodes

I had booked a car with OK mobility at Rhodes airoprt on 18-19 November 2023. When I arrived at the airport, there was nobody waiting for me, neither any shuttle bus.I called twice the phone number found in the voucher. A gentleman replied, and after telling him that I was waiting at the airport, he hung up without providing me any guidance!!Consequently, I was obliged to rent another car locally at the airport at a much higher priceThis is the first time something like this happened to me, over 25 years I rent cars throughout the world. Don't ever use OK mobility!!

Do not recommend this company. We booked via the internet with full insurance. When we arrived there they wanted to charge us extra money for insurance because we didn't have a credit card but just a visa debit card.

Stay away from this car rental company. Huge scam!We had a car accident and Kostas (the representative there) wanted 7.000 EUR for the damage. However, due to having bought the platinum insurance, they were eligible to receive only 1.200 EUR, which was our deposit/guarantee. Kostas tried to scam us and receive 7.000 EUR. We appointed a lawyer and eventually we paid nothing more. These people belong in jail!!!That's why the company has 2.5 stars only guys. Stay away for your own good

Good experience overall. The agency got us from the airport on time and did not wrongfully charge us for any damage to the car when we returned it. Also when we had an issue with our car and called them they answered.

Pretty straight forward experience. The minibus took a little longer than they said but the site is just round the corner. Collection was quick and easy. I had my own excess cover. People need to read the t&cs. If you dont want their insurance you need approx £1200 on your credit card (in bookers name) this is industry standard. Car was as expected. came with full tank. No issues when dropping off.
