Rhodes Horizon Resort

We stayed here May 2023. The weather can be a bit blowy, as it is early season. We stayed here for 11 nights,. in the Belvedere Block. The hotel is very relaxed and ran with precision. Customer service is priority here. We were happy with everything and the choice of food, is absolutely incredible! Getting a sunbed by the main pool area, can be tricky in the morning (same as everywhere we have visited). We have considered returning to past hotels but never have. However we have booked a 14 night stay for here again!

A great hols hotel (all inclusive). The bar near the beach was excellent with Miss Happy serving. We liked it so much we have booked again. With 3 pools and the beach across the road lots of places to lazy around during the day. Not far from the old town. Food was excellent with a wide variety on offer. Local wine was great and beer chilled, plus the cocktails were OK.

Our most favourite place in Rhodes. We were there 3 times. Always best time. Hotel and the service. Btw - Iwona greetings from Poland. The best thing is - the hotel has his own beach and is soooo close to old city. And is 16+ (!!!). God bless you ;-). We were planing go 5th times to this place - but covid and - 2023 - fire on the island. But i know one thing for sure - we were returning to this place once more and strongly recomended to all.

When we arrived at 9pm to check in with a bus load of other guests after an 5 hour flight. After waiting our turn we spoke to the receptionist to get checked in. We were informed they didn’t have any rooms for us and that we would be put up in their other hotel 5 minutes around the corner for tonight and brought back the next day. So while every other guest got a glass of Prosecco we have a taxi. To apologise for this they apparently “upgraded” us to a better room than what we would’ve got and with a “sea view”.If our room was an upgraded one I’d absolutely hate to see the normal rooms. And as far as sea views go, we could definitely see it but we were literally the farthest room away from the sea in the hotel.We put the clean the room sign on the door every day and only a few times was the room cleaned. And when it was, only the beds were made. And the first time one of the cleaners took our robe for whatever reason?Hotel also claim to police people leaving towels on sun loungers to reserve them but that’s a lie.Food was good but as any all inclusive hotel it gets a bit repetitive.Most staff were really friendly and some hated serving you so much they’d walk to the other side of the bar or pretend they’re doing something so they didn’t make eye contact with you.Beds were also 2 single beds pushed together. Any slight movement and the bed moved so if you’re with your partner, you may as well say goodbye to them every night.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff are very attentive and work tirelessly to make your stay memorable. Food very good, great choice. Drinks also good quality. Only reason for 4****for room is lack of full length mirror, we like to see top to bottom.
