I would like to update an earlier review in which I wasn’t at all happy with the hotel.The management immediately addressed any issues I had regarding the room and moved us overnight to an excellent refurbished room. Apart from the main dining room which was not particularly to our liking, the food in the specialty restaurants was amazing. Especially the Greek restaurant. Many thanks to Irene for looking after us, a great staff member.

We have been visiting Greece for about 12yrs now, renting villas, staying at all inclusive, ultra all inclusive and normal hotels too and i must say this has been our most pleasant stay yet. I must address previous reviewers and confirm that indeed during dinner time, it can get a bit noisy but by no means is it unbearable, considering how many clients they serve it’s actually really well organized. The food was excellent and very varied, we spent 7 nights and we had different dishes each time, the beach area and outside bar is also spot on. Huge thanks and kudos to the team behind the scenes, they did a lot of work 24/7 and still had a smile on their face when you met them.

First time I've been to this hotel, and it was exceptional!!Food is fantastic.Grounds are absolutely beautiful.All staff are knowledgeable and so friendly.Rooms are large and super clean.So many things to keep everyone entertained.It was an amazing experience for me and my family.I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

While nestled a tad farther from the airport, making it seemingly challenging for those journeying with children, the hotel merits the additional travel time in innumerable ways.Accompanied by our young adventurers, aged four and one, we discovered the family room to be a spacious sanctuary. Offering an abundance of space, the room encapsulated the essence of a home away from home. The state-of-the-art air conditioning ensured that both sectors of the room remained at a cool, comfortable temperature.The hotel's all-inclusive option transformed our stay into a luxurious experience. Not only did it exceed our expectations, but the gentle variations in the menu each day infused a touch of novelty and anticipation into each meal.The meticulous attention to cleanliness that permeated the hotel is truly praiseworthy. From the gleaming floors to the sparkling fixtures, every inch radiated warmth and welcome. The staff embodied the spirit of hospitality, displaying an admirable blend of professionalism and friendliness. They handled our requests, no matter how unique, with alacrity and efficiency, ensuring our stay was as seamless as possible.A separate accolade is owed to the lively animation team from Pink Wave. Their infectious energy and charisma added a dash of color to our stay, transforming it into a vibrant experience. Special recognition goes to Gabriela from the Czech Republic, whose vivacity and dedication truly stood out.In light of these experiences, I recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone planning a trip to Rhodes. It offers more than just a place to stay; it promises a kaleidoscope of unforgettable experiences and heartwarming hospitality.

First time on the island, and this hotel is the best from arriving to departing the staff at this hotel, are absolutely friendly soon you arrive they take the pressure off you. Taking yourself and your luggage to your room. The views are beautiful, most luxury hotel out here. The bar staff gives top service. Can’t wait to come back here again
