Sheraton Rhodes Resort

A nice hotel & great pools/beach facilities. Restaurant & Housekeeping staff very good.Located next to the main road between hotel & beach - very busy/noisy!Lacked daytime activities & evening entertainment was lame, we sat on our balcony & listened to the entertainment from hotels either side of us.Appreciate it was getting to the end of season, but we still paid for a full schedule of expected entertainment.Not IMO a 5 star experience.

We stayed at Sheraton Rhodes for a week and loved every minute of it. Right from the moment we checked it the staff welcomed us very warmly and we felt very much at home. Staff is very friendly and always at hand to help you around. Abundant number of pools, easy access to the beach without having to cross the road, spa, host of activities around the property, you are spoiled for choices at this place and my family enjoyed the place to the full. Definitely a place that we would love to come back again and again.

Really nice place overall, I would say the staff and pool and beach were really worthy of a 5star, one downside is food. Everything samey fairly bland and not the greatest selection, either not god for 7nights+ however there was a few nice dishes and the staff in dining room all just amazing. Pool 10/10 beach 10/10.all the staff again are really the best!

I am currently staying in this hotel.The rooms, the staff, the pool.. it is all very nice.The staff is very friendly and service oriented, doing all to make your stay as pleasant as possible.We had a little issue with a connecting door to the neighbouring room, which is not soundproof. It was solved very fast and efficient.Ocean view of most rooms is great.Breakfast has plenty options, with inside and outside seating.Taxi from the Airport was 25€ cash (not card).Public bus in front brings you to Rhodes city for 2.50€, pay cash in the bus.We got all the info at the friendly front desk. We have stayed 13 days in August 2023, the hotel is well located and close to Rhodos.Our room for 3 persons was very good, with a nice view and clean.The different pools and the garden are very well maintained, the view from the hotel is really great.The beach is also great, at a few meters from the hotel and clean (great service over there).The buffet was one of the best we had in quality and even with a lot of customers to manage during dinner, the organization was well.Special mention to the hotel staff: they were all very professional, dynamic and friendly, it made our stay much enjoyable.
