Absolutely not recommended!!!We booked a couples massage for the afternoon and arrived on time, only to be kept waiting for nearly 20 minutes. The front desk staff were dismissive and clearly lacked professionalism and proper customer service skills. The two therapists who eventually served us looked exhausted and completely disinterested.We booked the Hammam plus massage package. The Hammam treatment was extremely basic, with repetitive and uninspired technique nowhere near the level we experienced at Sunrise Boutique Spa. After the Hammam, there was another long wait of about 15 minutes before the massage started.The massage itself was a joke. It felt like they were just rubbing oil all over us with no real technique or purpose. When I asked for more pressure, the therapist began pressing down forcefully and randomly, causing discomfort rather than relaxation. It was painful and totally unprofessional.To make matters worse, when I got dressed afterward, I noticed bruises on my body. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of proper training or care.This was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. What a joke of a spa. Never again!

Ioanna and team are incredible therapists. I had a private hammam and 40m indulgent massage. It’s one of the best I’ve had and the hammam was so nourishing and nurturing. I didn’t want to leave this place. Don’t let the location in the casino worry you, it’s incredible! Do yourself a favour and book this place!
