Title: Beautiful Hotel, But Not Suitable for Families with Young ChildrenWe recently stayed at Atlantica Dreams Resort in Rhodes, Greece with our two young children. While the hotel is beautiful and clean, and the food was excellent and varied, we were disappointed to find that it is not well-suited for families with small kids.The rooms were very clean, spacious, and met all of our expectations. The dining experience was also a highlight — the buffet offered a great variety of delicious food.However, when it came to children's activities, the experience fell short. The weather was cold, making the outdoor playground muddy and unusable. The kids’ club, which was one of the reasons we chose this resort, turned out to be very hard to access. You have to book it in advance through the hotel’s app, which is not user-friendly. You need to be extremely precise with timing, because the spots fill up within seconds of the app opening. Even worse, kids are not allowed to enter the club freely — only during specific activities run by the hotel's staff.In addition, every visit to the restaurant involved long waiting times, and although we paid for the full experience, we were initially limited to the buffet and could not access the à la carte restaurants. Only after repeated requests to management were we able to get reservations — but only at very late hours that were unsuitable for young children.In summary, while the hotel excels in cleanliness, aesthetics, and food quality, it lacks flexibility and accessibility when it comes to activities and services for younger children. We stayed at the hotel in april -25.The food is excellent. There was a lot of good alternativs for vegetarians.The personal is very kind and helpful, especially George in the reception!He helped us out in many situations.We had a wondefully stay with greek dance, barbeque and nice swimming in the sea and the pools. We also made excursion to Lindos and Rhodos wich we highly rekommend. The area around the hotel is nice in spring with a lot of flowers like for example poppy.
