Came back from this lovely resort recently and had an amazing time. All the staff are lovely, so helpful and efficient, it's unbelievable! Only reason the room gets a 4 ⭐ is because the shower/bath situation was a little small, soaking the floor every time! But other than that, food, services and location were amazing and we'll definitely be returning!

Everything is above the average.The breakfast is not too bad but please review the following matters:1. The bacon seems like a composite meat. The taste is horrible.2. Three different type of sausages ( two were cut) are not my cup of tea. ( taste are also horrible)3. I only find hard boiled eggs. Even I pick up 4 mins and 8 mins boiled egg, both are hard boiled eggs.For the pool, I found one live cockroach 🪳under my lounger. Other than that service is great.For the room, keep clean and tidy everyday. I don’t know why plastic bottles of still drinking water never to be refilled ?

We have just returned from this amazing hotel .I can't praise this hotel enough .The hotel is luxurious spotlessly clean it has a beautiful interior garden. The pools looked very inviting but a bit cool in May for me to venture in .We have travelled a lot stayed in some very nice hotels but this is up there with the best .The staff are so professional and could not do enough for you to ensure your every need was met..We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis what a breakfast it was a buffet and featured everything you could possibly want for a breakfast .it was presented well and constantly replenishedThis is the first time in 7 years that I have been abroad due to becoming disabled I worried constantly once I had booked but needn't have worried the assistance at both East Midlands and Rhodes airports was excellent. I had a mobility scooter delivered to the hotel from a company in lardos. Everywhere within the hotel was accesable due to lifts and pathways that even down to the beach .The only thing I struggled with was getting into the deep jacuzzi bath this was our fault as didn't express the need for an accesable room which we will do next year when we return.I do hope this review will help other disabled travellers take the plunge and try this lovely hotel I certainly worried for nothing can't wait for next year.

Had such a great experience there. Have been there in June and September this year. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is luxurious,nice, comfortable, clean 👌, The food is amazing. One of the fewer places I have been and everyone is doing they best to make your stay unforgettable. Well done to everyone, and special thanks to Nathalie,Valentina, Jason. Everyone is very friendly there and they really made our stay amazing.Thank you.
