We waited fast hour after agreed time, tragic and rude behavior,bad english, instead of ordered car we got "upgrade" to lower class in surprisingly bad condition. Cars are not ready at the airport, you must travel with their shuttle to their garage and back and you cannot leave the cars at the airport but must return to their garage and travel to the airport. Surprisingly bad service......when returning, after the car is checked you are informed to wait another 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to the airport.

Pick up at the airport to get brought to the rental location was an issue. Took 10 min before the representative was there to be found. After that all good, quickly got a car. Car was clean inspection fast both at pick up and drop off.

Brilliant overall experience, easy transfer, modern and clean facility, no upselling (in fact they didn’t try to sell me anything) and a thorough check of the car provided. Received a nearly new Nissan micra with all mod cons which was excellent. Would definitely use again!
