Great location and I certainly found the rooms very quiet.After being up the entire night, we were happy to be able to check in 2 hours early.Beds were so comfortable, two great pillows that were Both slightly different.Biggest annoyance with the room and is the glass bathroom door.Anytime someone got up to use the bathroom it would light up the entire room. Not good if you’re a light sleeper.Breakfast was fine, decent selection of authentic Greek items. Coffee could be much better.Neither of our room keys worked and the front desk were (rightfully) suspicious the first time we went to the desk. We needed to confirm we had the right room number as it was only night one.But the second time the other key didn’t work, the hotel should have realized it was a them issue and the cards were not programmed correctly, and not that we are trying to be shady.The sauna does not work, although there are no signs indicating this is the case (and was not mentioned at check in). The dials still work and light up so it was only when the temperature didn’t change after 20 minutes that I thought to go ask. The front desk confirmed it was not working and this was only used as a shower room, again, a simple sign would do.Pool area is a nice sun trap. Sun beds are free.Hot tub is around body temperature, not all that relaxing.All this to say, I would stay here again if I was in Rhodes and looking to explore the city and not be in the hotel or trying to use the amenities too much.

I just have to reccomend Best Westren Plaza hotel.Most of all very thankful to Aris Tsioukanis, manager at the hotel.This hotel and the stuff are the most warm, plesent and proffesional.We staied their at a very difficult time for us. Mr Tsioukanis Recognized our needs before we even approached, made us feel very wellcomed, took care of evrything we needed for the baby or didn't know how to find. Always very friendly and happy to help and to create the best customer experince. We will definitely be back

Very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing with lot of choices. The room was big and the bed was perfect.The bathroom was very small and the pool was too cold.

As everyone has commented, this is in a good location for Rhodes town.Room size was sufficient but very plain in decor. Aircon was good. Had a wall mounted bathroom hair dryer which was ok but I'm sure women will prefer their own. Hot water was always available. Good mini fridge and the tea and coffee facility in the room was very welcome. The shower was poor. An iron and ironing board was speedily brought to the room upon request. What I particularly disliked about the room, which seems to becoming more and more popular with hotels, was the glass bathroom door. This was particularly unwelcome as the toilet was directly behind the glass door, so enjoy the view when your partner is using the toilet!The outdoor swimming pool size and surrounding lounge area was just about adequate for the size of the hotel in June. The pool staff were incredibly polite, helpful and hard working. Pool and lounge area opening time was from 10am to 7pm.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was plentiful and had cooked options.A late checkout was possible if there was room availability on the day, at a cost of €40.We would be happy to return.
