We had a bad experience with the car rental shuttle, as it sounds like a few other people have also had looking at previous reviews.Our flight was delayed and passport control was also backed up, even so we were out only 20 min after the agreed pick up time.The Rhodes office closes at 22:00, our pick up was at 23:10, and we arrived at the exist at 23:30. Since the office was closed, and we had only been given the office number we had no way of contacting Carwiz ourselves.No one from Carwiz was there for us, no one called us, so we waited over an hour and had to get a taxi to our accommodation.However this is not the reason for the low star review, the reason for this is due to the gentleman that we spoke to the next day to organise pick up of the car. They were aggressive and ranted at me about being at the airport until midnight, which was not true.They told me we no longer had a reservation with them. This was all before I uttered a word, other than confirming my name. At one point when I tried to state our version of events, they said 'so you want to argue with me now!?"This was a very unsettling and upsetting call for me, and sadly, our package operator forced us to continue to use this company after they had to call Carwiz to rectify the situation.Not a good experience at all. The 2 star is due to the fact the car, although dented and scratched was fine. And the staff we dealt with in the office were nice. I don't believe we dealt with the gentleman from the call in person, which I am very glad of.I would not advise anyone use this company due to this experience.
Everything went well and super fast. Was the most uncomplicated car rent experience for us. We can highly recommend their services. New car, fast pick up and transfer from and to the airport.
I would definitely recommend Carwiz Rhodes for renting a car! They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, and their staff was friendly and helpful. The pick-up process was quick and easy, and the car was in great condition. We also received excellent customer support throughout our rental period. Overall, it was a 5-star experience!
Nice clean car and the staff were very helpful. Simple pick up and hand over, quick shuttle to the airport. Would use them again
