My flight was delayed in three hours, when I talked to the local rep, he told me that after a one hour of no show, the reservation is being removed from the system. The fact that they had my flight number didn't help. They didn't have a car for me.And make no mistake... I paid in advanced, no refund!

I was cheated out of my money.Upon learning of the flight delay, we notified them twice via email prior to our arrival at the Rhodes airport, but they never responded, and upon arrival, our rental car reservation was cancelled without our permission.No refund to us. It is a scam. This company ruined our trip.Do not ever use this company.We reported carwiz and the easy car fraud to our credit card company and they stopped debiting our money.(I booked from easy car to carwiz.)But both of these companies are unscrupulous!So, don't give up, everyone! Let's fight evil together!

paid for car in full and then they cancelled the booking because flight landed an hour late, which included waiting 40minutes outside airport trying to find rep to take us to the office. Terrible service avoid (small print states 2 hours they have the right to cancel) worst service I have ever used.

Absolute garbage of a rental company, basically scammed us out of 300 Euro. Flight arrived late to which they had access to the flight number and they still cancelled our car. Did absolutely nothing to try and help us and had already rented out our car (which we had paid in full for the entire week in advance) to another customer not even two hours later . They refused to help us over the phone, had the wrong contact information on the car voucher and when after calling them multiple times and they still refused to help us they started hanging up on our phone calls. !SCAM ALERT - AVOID AT ALL COST!

Awful. Despite paying in advance for a car for the week, as we landed 30 minutes late, we were told our car had been given to someone else and were left stranded in the airport. Total shambles. No one to greet us at the terminal, no shuttle bus and took several attempts to contact them on the phone, only to be told we had no car. It was also not easy to get our money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and use Rodos car hire instead, they were superb.
