Centauro Car Rental was great, but it would have been nice to know something in before. When you arrive at the Airport, they will Pick you Up outside of the Airport, there is no Infostand inside. And it can Take some time, since they drive Like a Shuttle to the carpark Office and back. So maybe the driver is just on the way, so just wait a while. The Pickup itself worked great, the guys in the Office where very nice and the Car was very good. Also the price is pretty fair in my opinion. One Thing that would be nice to know. After a day the Car showed signs of Problems, so we called and they said its just a Software error. The Car drove fine, all days long. So i believe it was just an Error, but it would have been nice to know that before we started driving. All in all was everything good, i can definately recommend the Car rent.

We rented a car for a week 24 April -1 May. Quick pick up from the airport and very efficient and friendly service at the rental company. We had a lovely car, brand new and immaculate and were very well advised on all aspects of the rental, parking in Rhodes etc.It was easy and quick to return the car and a very quick return to the airport.I would highly recommend this company and would be happy to rent from them again.

Great experience with this car rental company! We rented a car at the beginning of the season (beginning of April) and received a brand new vehicle in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. Everything went smoothly – quick process, excellent communication, and very friendly staff. Returning the car was hassle-free with no issues at all. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to rent from them again.

Reading all the review online, we are not sure if we go through with our booking. But the lady on the front desk was very nice very informative regarding with insurance and deposits. She also the one who accept our car return and drove us to the airport. Basically she does everything, I can imagine this short staff when its busy. We return the car last week and we got our all deposits back with no issue. Just make sure before you pick up and drop off take pictures of the vehicle for evidence.

We arrived later than expected and even though we informed them of that possibility, there was nobody there to collect us.We were left without a vehicle, and without any for of direct contact meaning we had to spend €100 on a taxi to our accommodation.I have contacted the customer service team but the lead time is 24-48 hours meaning that, even though we paid upfront for the whole holiday period, we are due to lose 40% of our hire period.I hope they respond quickly otherwise we are in danger of ruining our holiday...
