Tip: rent a car and enjoy the area and only stay here one night. Stay the other nights at the Hilton a couple hours away or one of the other fine hotels in the area.D Maris is exceptional. The location is absolutely gorgeous. But it is ridiculously overpriced byTurkish standards. We stayed three nights and in retrospect, we should have stayed one night for the experience and then continued to enjoy the region exploring other areas and saving thousands and thousands of dollars. Once at D Maris, there is really nothing to do besides lay on one of the gorgeous beaches. You’re sort of trapped. Even if you want to do a boat tour, you will pay 10-20x the price to use one of their boats.And while their restaurants are beautifully adorned, we found the food overpriced and mediocre. Again, stay for one night, walk around and see the beautiful restaurants. Certainly eat at one, and enjoy all of the fabulous beaches and amenities. I would check in early, and then stay as late as possible the following day, then find another hotel in the area to spend the rest of your time in this region.For perspective, I don’t mind paying $2000 per night for a luxury hotel. But doing so in Turkey, where labor prices are so low, it doesn’t feel right and candidly, the overall experience wasn’t equitable to the amount of price gouging at this resort. But one night is certainly worth the investment and you will get everything you want from the experience and feel like you got your money worth versus staying several days and feeling like you overpaid and they price gouged you to death.

We had an amazing experience at D Maris! The service was excellent, the stunning views and beautiful beaches took our breath away.There are good variety of restaurant cuisines, coffee shop and Ice cream shop.“Silence Beach” in particular was the beeeeest part of the resort!💚As this was my first visit, I’m already looking forward to making D Maris my annual getaway destination 🤍

We went for ny friend’s birthday and has the most amazing time .Everything was great and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Especially want to thank Tuba the manager at Zuma . From the start she was very friendly and hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my friend has an amazing birthday celebration. Also thanks to the bar manager at Zuma for delicious drinks and being very accommodating. We loved the boat service and the beaches at the resort . We will definitely be back soon .

A piece of heaven close to Marmaris into a resort! Fantastic geographic location with main hotel builsing on top of a cliff while 4 different beatches and 7 restaurants are lying down. Hotel is little old and needs a rennovation that fits the outstanding natural facilities. Also, the level of services and management must to be improved! Breakfast is medium level!

Pristine crystal clear ocean, kept very clean.Usually, I avoid artificial sandbanks as they impact the environment and create landscape shifting that we can not predict far enough.This resort and bay through gave me the assurance, though, that the balance is kept.We visited the resort numerous times and had always had an amazing time.This time, we required an extra service, that of the nurse and doctor on site as one of our team members got injured and the team is fab taking care of her. Situations like this make a real 5-star service that stands out from all. Well-done!
