Made to pay 310 euro for some light scratches on the top of the car that were there before. I can see from other reviews that this is a considerably heavier charge than anyone else has gotten. Clearly out to scam two solo women travellers. The car was in quite a state before we got it without a metal wheel rim too. Overall awful experience that ruined a much awaited holiday. They have also failed to send us the “accident” (more like scam) report, despite promising to do so so I can raise the dispute with my insurance. Do not use.

The manager has meet us from our flight and drove directly to the car rental office. All the process was fast and smooth. The car met our expectations and served us well during the whole stay on the island. After returning the car, the manager drove us to the airport, it was a perfect wrap up of the trip.
