This was my first time renting a car abroad and only my second time driving on the right so I went for an automatic to make driving easier, also the car was a hybrid so very economical. I had heard horror stories of people hiring cars and being charged ridiculous amounts for small scratches so went for a company with a good reputation and which offered full insurance if anything were to go wrong (which fortunately it didn't). We were met at the airport and taken to the office a few minutes walk away where we went through the formalities and then were given the key with the request to return the car with the same level of petrol, which we did - even though we drove up and down the island we only used 20 litres in the whole week. On returning the car there is a deposit box for the key in case the office was unmanned so the whole process was very easy, we are planning to come back to Rhodes at some point and would definitely use Efrem again.

We have rent a Kia Stonic for a five day's to explore the beauty of the Rhodes island. I didn't have any special expectations of the rental company but I have been pleasantly surprised first of all Mr. Yanis came to meet us on the airport with smile and good sense of humour. He took us to the office which is just 5min away. The formalities took only 5 minutes, it was stress free and very easy no credit card or deposit needed. The car was nice and clean only 19k on clock so almost new car. When I ask if we need to do any check if the car had any previous scratches or dents Mr Yanis said no worries you have full insurance so if there are any new ones don't worry it's all good. Also didn't need to do any cleaning from dust or sand which is great as you don't want to spend time on your holiday to clean car as well. Overall we have been fully satisfied with the car and service from Efrem Rent A Car. This is how I expect rental company should work. Well done great job. Looking forward to use the company next time.

Can’t thank Efrem enough for such great service and the car was absolutely amazing to drive. I chose the Toyota aygo x auto open top. With driving manual normally back at home the automatic was a nice break from gears and made any drive around the island seem so effortless. Paid cash on arrival and had no issues at all, was cheap to refill with fuel etc. I’d have the same car again next time I visit Rhodes or something very similar. All of the fleet that I’ve seen look immaculate so whichever car you choose I’m sure will be great. Located just over the road from the airport so very convenient! Completely hassle free and couldn’t be any more convenient! Thank you efrem you’ve been amazing! Don’t hesitate booking with this company! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing car rental company! They made it very easy and efficient for us. We booked it online for 5 days for €125 without a deposit with everything included. They dropped the car at the hotel and also picked it up. The car looked brand new and they fill the fuel almost full. I highly recommend Efrem and I will definitely use them again. On Rhodos we needed a car quickly for our family. Provided a call to Efrem with the location of the hotel and the wish to drop it at the airport few days later. After one hour a very friendly co worker arrived at the hotel. Nice Audi A3, good state, service all over the island and no worries insurance. Some questions along the way responded quickly by Efrem. I do really suggest this company. Good price, great service and just friendly people.
