We came as a family of 5 with 2 kids . One room was in the older part of the hotel one was in the new main block . The older room was slightly dated but absolutely fine . Beds were comfortable and clean and room big enough . The newer room was great , everything hi tech . The rooms were cleaned daily but could have been a little better with being a 5 star but was absolutely fine . Beds made and floors cleaned . The staff here are amazing everyone is so polite and friendly , they will go out of their way to do anything for you . There were enough sun loungers for everyone and the pools are all big and clean . None are heated . There’s an animations team on 6 days a week with all sorts on through the day . Plenty of drinks to choose from and cocktails , something to suit everyone . The food in both restaurants was great ! Plenty of meat variations, fresh different fish and vegan options . I didn’t have one bad meal all week . The entertainment on a night is varied it may not be to everyone’s taste but there are quieter bars and pool bars with arcades if you want something different . There’s a bus stop direct outside which takes you to either faliraki /lindos or Rhodos town .Ignore any bad reviews about this hotel , I honest think these people are looking for problems . The only thing that happened to us was a large bug was in our bath and someone came straight away and removed it and cleaned .

it is amazing place for family vacation. Very friendly staff and clean facility. We were there for second time and it was even better then first time as hotel improve food buffet with vegan & vegetarian options. I can recommend for families!

Great hotel. We were there with a group of friends and all of are children children's. All the time there was some activity we could participate in and there is always something to eat.

The hotel is a complete price-performance hotel. It is an all-inclusive concept, right on the seafront and child-friendly hotel. The room I stayed in was a family room. There was no problem with the size, but there was an unidentified smell in the room that I thought was coming from the toilet. I was able to prevent the smell by leaving the balcony door open and spraying perfume on my pillow while sleeping. Since I did not stay in the room during the day, there was no problem (Maybe the hotel management can put room fragrance in the bathroom and toilet). There is only hand washing soap in the bathroom, you should definitely bring your own personal cleaning materials such as shampoo, shower gel, etc. The food, especially the breakfast, was varied and sufficient. The dinner was also good. It is obvious that they use quality materials. However, the plates, forks, glasses, etc. that come out of the dishwasher do not come out clean, there were stains and leftovers from the dishes, I think this was the most negative aspect of the hotel. You can also shop very easily from the market in the hotel. There is no price difference with outside, it is more affordable than Rhodes center.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. The food is varied - better than many 5 star hotels. The beach is close but there are a lot of rocks when entering the sea. The area has everything you need for a holiday with children. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
