This was my first time renting a car abroad and I couldn't have chosen a better company. We stayed at a hotel in the city of Rhodes, which is about 10 km from the company, and had the car driven out to us and could leave it at the same place. It was exactly the car I had booked online and no quirks or question marks. Everything you needed to know about parking and petrol/diesel was in the papers you received with the car. Thank you for an extremely good rental car experience! Will recommend you to everyone I know who is traveling to Rhodes and wants to rent a car!If I may say one bad thing, it was that the car's menu language was set to German (probably after the previous tenant) but I managed after a while to find the setting how to change the language.

Very convenient if you’re staying in the Esperides hotel. Nearby location and room number is enough to make a reservation.

Great hospitality! We had a bmw 218 cabrio - perfect car for Rhodes trip. The car was in superb condition, and we had no problems during the rent process. The hole paper work took just a view minutes :)

Not here to offend anyone but I feel if your not happy in your job might be a good ideaTo find something else you enjoy doing instead of being miserable, especially when it’s a customer facing job role.I’ve been into Esperides 3 times in the past few days and faced a women with no peopleSkills or manners. I would’ve given a 5 star review as the man I met yesterday looked after me and was a pleasure to talk to, unfortunately he wasn’t there when I returned today.I wanted to extend my booking for an additional 2 days but as I pulled into the car lot a lady with black hair greeted me and asked if I was returning the vehicle which I replied no I’m hoping to extend, without a whisper she stormed off as I was asking her how she was doing, I then walked into the office shortly after and greeted 2nd lady in the office, asking her how is she doing and my intentions as the First Lady didn’t acknowledge me, she replied abruptly saying this women is dealing with you. (Ok fair enough no problem) minutes later I was given a price for the extension which was fine until the 2nd lady got involved and increased the price, (the price increase was no problem but the attitude that came with it was) I’m here each and every year as a group, I won’t be using this place again just for the experience I’ve had with these women.
