I’m leaving “five stars” because I wanted to make sure Konstantinos receives some recognition for his great hospitality. He really made our mealtimes fun and took great care of us as our waiter.But other than that, I probably wouldn’t stay again at this hotel. It’s a solid four star hotel but it’s really lacking that wow factor that five star hotels have. We went in the off season and they don’t even bother to turn on the lights outside that are there to guide you on the long, cobbled walks to your room. Our stay spilled over into the beginning of the high season, at which point I suppose they deemed it worthy to turn the lights on so I guess they don’t bother to do that before April. One experience that really left me feeling negative - I went to use the heated pool one day and noticed it was not heated that day for some reason. I knew immediately it was not heated because I had swam in it on previous days when it was much colder outside and yet the pool was warm on that day. On this particular day, it was sunny and warmer and yet the pool was ice cold. I called reception to investigate and they told me I was wrong and that it was just because it was raining that the pool was cold. It was sunny and clear-skied. They finally agreed to call maintenance to investigate, and I waited 45 min but no one came so I left. No follow up from reception even though they had my details.

A Next-Level Experience – Especially for Plant-Based Food LoversWe had an incredible stay at Esperos Village Spa. The warm hospitality and personal attention from the staff made us feel truly welcome.But what really blew us away was the food. We've stayed in many hotels, but this was next level. The breakfast buffet was outstanding: incredibly fresh, healthy, and with options for everyone. What stood out most was the plant-based focus — over 60% of the offerings were plant-based, and during our stay they even introduced a dedicated vegan corner that could rival many top restaurants.A special thanks to the chef, who personally explained every dish and even prepared a delicious chickpea vegan omelet with fresh salad for us in the morning.Highly recommended — especially if you care about healthy, plant-forward food and genuine hospitality.

Fantastic holiday, beautiful location couldn’t complain at all, staff all very friendly and very helpful. Snack Bar food amazing the fries are like chippy chips and wish they did them like that in the main restaurant, they are amazing. Elisabeth who works in the snack bar is very helpful and polite and always so cheerful which made our experience even better. Big shout out to her!

I would highly recommend staying at Esperos Hotel. The experience was exceptional, and I would like to give special thanks to Michalis Giankos, who went above and beyond to assist me before my arrival and throughout my stay. His dedication and outstanding customer service made my stay even more memorable, especially as he helped me plan my marriage proposal at the hotel. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail made everything perfect.Many thanks to Michalis and the entire team for making my special moment unforgettable!

We went at the start of the season in April (unfortunately coming off the back of a storm!). The staff are so helpful and friendly and the rooms are very clean! When the sun did come out there were ample places to enjoy the sun! We went for a room with a private pool which I would possibly avoid if you come during colder months as they are not heated. Equally - if you enjoy a cold plunge - it is enjoyable on hot days after sunbathing! Couldn’t recommend this location enough
