We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It started when we were upgraded to a suite with a swimming pool, the entire staff is pleasant and service oriented, the facilities are amazing, walking distance to the beach. Simply a great experience and a lovely relaxed vacation
We stayed in room 3024 and had a difficult situation during our stay because our son became sick.The staff at Gennadi Grand Resort were incredibly kind and supportive .The hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet — perfect for families.Even though our trip didn’t go as planned, we felt truly cared for.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts — we hope to come back under better circumstances.
We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were amazed by the extremely high level of service and love we received from all who work here. You can tell everyone enjoys being there and takes great pride in their work. One of the managers, Paris, was especially attentive and took special care to be sure everything was perfect for us and really went the extra mile to be sure we wanted for nothing.Usually I have to confirm and be sure all the wishes I discussed in emails with a venue about a special experience/birthday surprise are going to be carried through - but with Gennadi all was above and beyond expectation with zero work from me! The mille-feuille I asked them to make for Robert's birthday cake was the absolute best I have ever had and in true Gennadi style, they went the extra mile and even put gold flakes on top!We loved hearing about everyone's country (the staff is from all over Europe) and Petra who gave amazing service at dinner was even from Hungary, where my grandmother came from! The food was perfection - complements to the executive chef who was always keeping an eye on everything. The room was beautiful and the housekeeping ladies keep the resort absolutely spotless.
Me and my boyfriend came here for 7 dayseverything was perfect, the room, the buffet and the breakfast really all super good also super good serviceonly downside I can mention was the weather that was not so nice every day and that the pool is cold too bad they don't warm it up a bit but for the rest our trip was really fantasticthanl you so much for everything
We have a family holiday booked for July this year but need to make an adjustment. For 4 days, my sister, my mum and myself have all tried to contact via email and phone. We have received NO response.If we do not hear back by Tuesday, we will cancel the trip as the customer service has been so appalling that I can’t imagine it would be any better when we arrive.
