We rent a car there last September. The car was delivered to our hotel without additional fee. The car was and clean inside and without problem on the road. We had basic cover. The car had few scratches from previous renters. I haven't notice all of them, but is was not a problem while returning. The only downside I could mention was the seat for the kid, which was pretty old and should have been renewed long time ago. Overall great experience.
