Amazing hotel, great location, right on the beach, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, good food, lots of options. Separate grill area outside for dinner.We booked side sea view room and the view was a bit disappointing with a tree blocking.Plenty of bars, good drinks and fast service. There is also non all inclusive bar showing live sport on site.Friendly entertainment team but it does get too much sometimes when they come over for a chat when you try to relax by the pool. However, there is adults only pool and it is much more quiet.Felt very safe, security visible and doing great job.The only criticism is, we were constantly approached by hotel sellers, both by the pool and in lobby bar area - hairdresser, photographer, excursions, spa, massage etc. It really is too much, I am happy to listen to what they have to offer but then they come back and ask if I decided something.I had a massage and it was good.Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will come back next year

Went here for a few nights after prime beach hotel and I have to say it's good in comparison.We had a very young baby in our family group, so we weren't looking to sunbathe or swim etc. We just wanted to entertain them and this hotel was perfect for them. They had a whole section full of toys, where they could play and crawl and do what they wanted.There were more choice of foods and a la carte menus. Very delicious.It is dark but when we went it wasn't busy (April 2025).Couldn't hear much noise in the rooms and all the guests were polite.

Rooms were okay — we had one with three single beds, and it served its purpose.However, the mini-fridge wasn’t refilled daily as expected; we had to track down the staff member each time to get it sorted.Day and night entertainment was decent, though it did get repetitive in the evenings, so we ended up going out a few nights for a change.The food was lovely — you could eat plenty if you were willing to wait. Expect to queue for about 20 minutes at dinner after spending 10 minutes trying to find a table. The dining area felt chaotic, with people pushing, shoving, and cutting in line during tea time.Finding a spot in the lobby bar to relax after dinner or a night out was nearly impossible. The hotel doesn’t seem to have enough seating to cater for the number of guests. No entertainment there either, which was disappointing.In my opinion, the hotel is just too big to properly function as a 5-star resort. I’ve stayed in smaller 3- or 4-star hotels that offered a much better experience overall.One major concern: my mother-in-law was asked by a cleaner for money because she was going to be off for two days. She was approached directly and asked for cash before even cleaning the room — this felt really inappropriate.If you can get this hotel at a bargain price, then sure, it might be worth it. But I personally wouldn’t rate it as a true 5-star experience.

Home after a fantastic 2weeks for our honeymoon in Green Nature Diamond Hotel. From the minute we arrived every member of staff were fantastic and helpfull. Cem, Ozzy, Moses and all the Entertainment team were the best and we had some great laughs & chats with them, they go out of their way to chat. They do a fantastic job from early morning to midnight entertaining around the pool, games, bingo and dancing plus more shows to come follow them on pandaentertainment on instagram for updates. The hotel was the cleanest hotel the staff was always cleaning. Anyone want trips call to Big John down by the Volo bar he will do you a great deal and is a lovely guy. Can recommend the Photocenter_marmaris in the hotel takes brilliant photos. We met some great people on our trip and have made good friends and hopefully we will do a reunion there again. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Only fault no aircon in rooms had leave door open at night

Nice hotel, great food and friendly team. The location is perfect numerous pubs are just a walking distance away. Special thanks to the entertainment team they went above and beyond to make us happy and entertained! Mika and Sofia are the loveliest girls taking care of every single guest! The best!
