Güneş Lunapark, an establishment categorized as an amusement park and point of interest, offers a charming, albeit compact, funfair experience. While the provided information initially mentioned Greece's Rhodes Island, the address and user reviews confirm its true location in Sarıana, Marmaris/Muğla, Türkiye. Visitors describe it as a "nice little funfair" or a "decent little fun fair," making it a suitable option for a casual outing.
The park is situated in Marmaris, Türkiye, and is noted by visitors to be "not far from the main town part of Marmaris." This makes it relatively accessible for those staying in the area. It's important to note this clarification regarding its Turkish location, as initial information might lead to confusion with Greece.
Despite its small size, Güneş Lunapark is reported to have "rides for all ages," offering "enough to enjoy your self" without being overwhelming. It's particularly highlighted as a good spot for younger children, with one reviewer noting their 4-year-old grandson enjoyed all the rides he wanted. The rides are generally described as "good fun and seem to be looked after."
Entry to Güneş Lunapark is free, with visitors paying per ride. Recent reviews indicate a price of 80 Turkish Lira per ride. This pricing has received mixed feedback:
The overall value is dependent on how many rides one plans to experience, as costs can accumulate quickly for a family.
The park is generally described as "clean and tidy," contributing to a pleasant experience. Visitors have noted that it "does get busy as the evening goes on," suggesting that earlier visits might offer a less crowded experience. While there's an eating area, user reviews did not extensively comment on its quality, with one person stating they "didn't try so can't comment."
Güneş Lunapark is particularly recommended for families with young children looking for a fun evening activity. It's a "great way to spend an hour or two with kids." While not a large, full-day theme park, it serves its purpose as a local funfair effectively. Visitors should be mindful of the per-ride pricing and plan their budget accordingly to ensure an enjoyable experience without unexpected costs.
Nice little funfair. Rides 80 Turkish lira. We bought 10 tokens for our grandson and was enough to do all he wanted as he only 4. Luckily any rides his granddad did with him was no charge for him. Great way to spend an hour or two with kids. Does get busy as the evening goes on but we had a lot of fun. Clean and tidy. Eating area didn't try so can't comment.
Decent little fun fairgot rides for all ages ok not many but enough to enjoy your self, not far from the main town part of marmaris , all rides are around £2 each
Boredom at its finest 🙄 said on website 20lira per token get there which was a Good walk from the Grand bizarre to find it was 40 Lira per Token nothing special about the rides
Good amusements, but 80tl for every ride a bit steep, should be less for small children rides. Too expensive to have a great time.
Great little park, free to get in and you pay per ride. All the rides are good fun and seam to be looked after. The VR ride had a very slight smell of wee, but is really good. Amazing view from the wheel.
