This hotel is a true gem. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and provided impeccable service throughout my stay. Angela from Guest Services assisted with any requests, ensuing a stress free holiday..... she is fantastic!My room was a sanctuary of comfort, boasting plush bedding, stylish décor and breathtaking views of the coastline. Every detail was carefully considered, from the high-end toiletries to the state-of-the-art entertainment system. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary wines and welcome basket filled with local treats.The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. I indulged in a rejuvenating spa treatment, savoured delectable cuisine at the many restaurants.This hotel offers an unforgettable experience that will exceed your expectations. I will be returning as soon as possible.

I wish I could rate higher because it is a lovely hotel however:1. The staff are too overwhelmed, if you want to be served in decent time at breakfast or dinner in the main restaurant, forget about it! It’s too busy and the staff cannot serve everyone adequately. They are so friendly and kind, but simply there is not enough of them.2. It is advertised as a health and wellness resort, however although aesthetically it may appear it does not have appropriate facilities. All in all it is a family hotel with a lot of children running around. Me and my partner have never been bothered about going to an adult only hotel together, but this place made us consider it.There is no where peaceful in the evening without kids running around, you are tripping over them in the restaurants. There is 1 inside hotel bar and it’s full of children running and throwing. It isn’t relaxing at all.But!!!The food is delicious, staff are lovely and the rooms are clean and nice. So I would say;It is not a 5* hotel, pay attention to the reviews if you don’t want to be disappointed but it is still a nice hotel, and with patience, you will still have a nice time.

This is a great family resort. It has a wonderful selection of pools and beach. It is designed to be children friendly, but also enjoyable for adults. The meals are buffet style and with a wide selection for all tastes. It would be helpful if some of the items were labeled more clearly.The real prize is the staff. Everyone was friendly, service focused and helpful. They would always make and effort to accommodate your request or get an answer.

My stay at this place was unforgettable! Although I hadn't planned to come here, the travel agency changed our hotel just 3 days before departure, and I’m so glad I ended up here. Special thanks to Franka, the massage therapist, Thomas, who helped us at the start, Michał, the waiter, Ioanna Gkoni, who served evening drinks, and Marina from the pool bar – her smile and energy were irreplaceable. I also want to thank Ms. Angela from customer service for her exceptional care, as well as the lifeguard George on the beach for ensuring our safety. Additionally, the breakfast by the beach and the relaxing spa treatment were a wonderful surprise. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to everyone!

From the minute we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—so friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the beautifully maintained pools and spa facilities to the modern, comfortable rooms. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The overall atmosphere was relaxing yet luxurious, making it the perfect getaway. I can’t recommend Helea enough—it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back!
