Much Better Quality of Service than local competitors

The rental company is not the cheapest in the area - that's a fact.But the service is very good. Joanne was very helpful and we managed to make some minor changes to the reservation we had made earlier (before arriving on the island).At another rental company we somehow couldn't communicate - maybe it was a language barrier.

Joanne explained everything wonderfully. The car was in top condition. Fast, uncomplicated processing. And the car will also be picked up directly from the hotel if it is around the corner!I'm very satisfied.
