Everything this hotel has to offer is spectacular! The food is absolutely amazing, the best dinner hands down. The rooms are well kept, tidy and spacious. It’s run by the kindest, most wonderful people. Truly an experience worth having. I would recommend renting a car. It awards you the freedom of movement and lets you see gorgeous views and beaches. 10 out of 10.

Wow, what a hidden gem. We stayed here in July 2024This is a family run hotel with a very personal touch and excellent service. If you are looking for a more relaxing and local place to stay during your time in Rhodes, Hotel Ataviros is the place to be in Embonas.We enjoyed the local wineries, took a swim in the hotel pool over looking a beautiful view and sunset, and we enjoyed traditional greek dinner prepared by the family, not to mention they have a great wine list to pair with dinner.This is also a great spot to be if you plan on hiking in the area, or even a short drive to the beach, archeological ruins, and other small towns. You are also only about an hour away from Lindos, which made it an easy day trip for usI would highly recommend this Hotel, and will definitely be back next time I am in Rhodes

We stayed here in June 2023 but keep sharing great memories of this place, so decided to write a review after all this time. We had a fantastic and relaxing time in this hotel. It’s a family run hotel, and Ioannis and his parents are very welcoming and made us feel entirely at home. The location is perfect to explore the mountains around, it’s close enough to walk to the centre of Embona, and the views and sunsets from the hotel are stunning. The food is excellent, so we can definitely recommend having dinner here. Bonus was that Ioannis makes delicious cocktails to enjoy by the pool!

Our stay in Hotel Ataviros exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, cool and clean and we loved the view we had over the mountains, especially at sunset. Morever, we valued the fact that the hotel is a family business. Johannes was very friendly and helpful and his mom cooked the most delicious food. We spent hours by the pool, which was very relaxing as there was not too much noise. Furthermore, we enjoyed the small and peaceful village that is Emponas - you have some good places to eat, have an ice cream or to buy souvenirs like local olive oil.To conclude, Hotel Ataviros is your place to be if you like to escape busy touristic places on the beautiful island of Rhodes. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We arrived at the hotel late due to a late arrival at the airport in Rhodes, but we were energized by the beauty of the view of the hotel courtyard, lit up.The staff was warm and welcoming.
