Both times a nice car delivered to our hotel in the morning - and the cars were collected again at the hotel in the evening. Picked up car at airport. Representative was waiting for us with sign. Super easy. Short walk to car park. We had prepaid so I just had to sign the contract and we were ready to go. Easy return at the airport. No hidden fees. Car as advertised.
