Honest wedding review for kitima. We had our wedding in may at kitima. If I’m honest with you we booked and paid our deposit two years previous. What we didn’t know was there were inflation fees that we didn’t take in to account and 24% vat that we also didn’t take in to account and if I’m honest probably didn’t do enough research before. So 5 months before we had to find around about another 5k as you can imagine was so stressful. I feel they could have been more clearer on this but i think if your booking a wedding here don’t expect things done with clarity like the English would. Keep all your emails, make spread sheets of your money and spends and take in to account the fees and inflation and stand your ground on original quotes given . If you are a bride that needs constant reassurance and communication you will struggle with the lack of that and it will probably stress you to the maximum. If you’re happy to pay your money and have the odd call you will be fine. But what I can promise you is that the day was actually more than incredible. We didn’t even see the venue before booking and to be honest just showed up with a bag of all our bits and they set it all up beautifully. I can’t explain how perfect it was. The food was incredible, the veiw and the staff. Nicole was amazing. They just wanted us to have the best day. And it exceeded. The d.j was fab, the violinist and sax was so good. My flowers were incredible, I only sent a photo from Pinterest and they were just beautiful. I used lindos makeup and Carly for hair, they went above and beyond and are just amazing. All I can say is if you want the most perfect, beautiful, intimate wedding this will not disappoint.

We celebrated our 15 year anniversary here and it was beyond everything we hoped it to be! Not just the best view - but the best view and music and staff! Can’t wait to visit again and come here!

Food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were amazing! The service was excellent, providing blankets when it got a bit chilly and all staff were super friendly. Would definitely come back, as the atmosphere and view was lovely as well :)
