Intentionally vacuumed car after use, but they still charged me for 85€ cleaning and additional fee for dropping off car at the airport (which I wasn’t notified about at pickup).When renting, expect to add 40€ they will always charge you afterwards for even a single grain of sand, and 75€ they’ll additionally charge if you don’t drive through a carwash before dropping off. The lady at the counter was extremely impolite, threatened to call the police on me and yelled at me because I dared to call the situation unfair. Stay away!!! Photo below is how I dropped of the car.Edit: after I paid, got 10 WhatsApp messages from the salesperson. She has been sending me purposefully rude texts, threatening to sue me for the review—unbelievably unprofessional, and a severe violation of my privacy.Attaching screenshots of the conversation below, as such behavior should not go unnoticed. Never had anything similar happen to me at any car rental. Do better.

The car was great. But I was very disappointed with the car seat. It was old and rickety and didn't seem secure to me. There was minimal padding and my baby was uncomfortable the entire ride.In hindsight, I should have cancelled the rental as I don't believe the car seat was safe.
