We are staying here at the moment and having an amazing time.The staff are always so attentive and nothing is a problem.We have eaten out at the A La Carte restaurants for lunch and dinner and the food and service has been exceptional.In particular Sofia from the restaurants and the manager there have always been so welcoming. Angel in the Sushi/Champagne bar looked after us too.Already looking to book our next visit to this wonderful hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for a week in May 2025. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and certainly all inclusive. The staff are friendly, your drinks are served in the dining room and at the bars and the hotel is very clean. The range of food was also good, only always warm food and we personally do not need warm food for lunch. There is more than enough space at the pool or beach, never had any hassle looking for a bed. Unfortunately, the pool is cooled and therefore ice cold. For that reason we did not go in. The rooms are beautiful, fantastic beds and the filled mini bar is included in your stay. Which is by the way replenished every day with cans of drinks. The only thing we stumbled over enormously during our holiday is the noise pollution. We had a room next to the lobby and elevator and heard everything. Because the all inclusive is until 2:00 at night, there are regularly people drunk. Those people are noisy and we could notice that. There is no security present, so there was shouting and slamming doors in the middle of the night. Also the lobby is open 24/7, where music is played 24/7 and people are present, that also kept us awake. And also early in the morning the cleaning ladies started to move beds in the rooms next to us. Even with earphones in, we hardly slept a wink during our vacation. So we did not completely relax.

Panagiotis (Coffee-man) best service! He’s kind, happy and friendly. Always brings us our coffee as the first thing in the morning ☀️General great service at the hotel, also the pancake lady (works evening) is great - and super sweet ☀️Love this place!

Had an amazing time at Mitsis Hotel Faliraki! The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. Beautiful rooms, great pool, and right by the beach, all drinks we had during our stay were fantastic,Can’t wait to come back!
