We enjoyed the hotel, and the vacation there was excellent. Right when we arrived at the hotel, the bellboy George greeted us, and he was very helpful and spoke excellent English. In general, all the service staff at the hotel (in the dining room, the bar, housekeeping, bellboys, and the reception) were very courteous, provided quick responses to any issue, and spoke good English. The cleanliness at the hotel was of a high standard. They cleaned the rooms and other areas, like the dining room and the pool area, very well. There were hand sanitizer stations almost everywhere in the hotel, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. Towels were replaced in the middle of the day, so there was no need to wait until the next morning, which I think is a big advantage and enhances the experience. The food in the dining room was tasty, of high quality, and there was a wide variety. The hotel has eight restaurants. I visited three of them, but in my opinion, the food there was much less tasty than in the dining room. It was dry and not well-prepared. Overall, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it.

My 1st time in this hotel. The location and the service are perfect . very very nice team. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent, and the quality is very, very good. Their rooms do need some shape up upgrade, but they’re still good. there is a show every night with a different band and kind of music. They have an excellent option of shower room if you already made your check out but leave the hotel later. Indeed, very much recommend recommended

Stayed one night. Lovely hotel with good food. We ate in Italian restaurant and it was one of best meals I have ever had. Our room had sea view and we were able to sit out on balcony and watch sunset. Staff exceptional - especially those on reception.

A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Mitsis Grand Hotel... again!Our stay at the Mitsis Grand Hotel in Rhodes was nothing short of fantastic! We have been to this hotel many times and each time have an incredible stay, every year we leave feeling like family with lasting relationships..From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed exceptional hospitality and it only got better from there.The food was absolutely fantastic — the freshly made pizza by the pool (available all day), the crepe restaurant to dining at the hotel’s stunning restaurants, every meal was a delightful experience. The variety and quality are top-notch with something for everyone! Lunch times we mainly spent in the outside (poolside) restaurants where you chose from menus. Again, a great variety of dishes with fantastic quality. (The sea bass at the Greek is absolutely delicious!)The staff at the hotel truly make the experience unforgettable. In particular, Popi, Irini and George (food and beverage manager)... the nicest, most welcoming people who make us feel right at home. They treat us like family- looking after us and our little boy SO well. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests is so hugely appreciated, not by us, but by everyone we spoke to!The atmosphere at Mitsis Grand is one of relaxation and luxury, beautifully crafted by the hard-working and amazing team that runs the hotel.The decor and rooms are slightly dated now, but the hotel is closing at the end of this season and will be rebuilt to create a new amazing hotel!We cant ask for a better place to unwind, and we can't wait to return to the new hotel in 2026! The quality of the hotel is top notch. The staff at the reception were very helpful during my stay and did everything I asked for. Also the waiters were very kind and made you feel more than welcome.The best experience I’ve ever had!!!!
