3 star hotel with 2 star rooms!Entrance to the hotel is lovely, including the main bar and the restaurant, unfortunately that's where is stops. Pool are is in need of an update and a good deep clean! The bungalow rooms, especially 1052 when I stayed on the 6th May, is 2 star, 1980's room, very tired and shabby! Very disappointed! No Information given when checking in, only found out 3 days in that there is a kids club, I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me, we didn't know that there is a fitness club on, didn't know that there was entertainment at night for the kids! (Maybe issue a list of what's on for guests) we didn't know that the other restaurants on site has to be booked and are not just turn up! The main pool is salt water, we never used it, granddaughter spent her time in the kids pool.On the up side the food is good, and the staff are above average friendly! Unfortunately the room was a serious let down given the 5 star rating! On the last day we got a room to shower in, which was in the hotel itself (room 224) which is more like the 4 star rooms we normally stay in! Also sack who ever painted the place as they would have been better using spaghetti as a brush, as the paint was everywhere!

Brilliant hotel with very friendly staff everywhere. Good choice of cocktails at all the bars. The beach bar and beach pizza spot was a great touch also. There are some shops and eateries close by, however there isn't a huge amount available within walking distance. Buses are available to visit other places, however I would recommend hiring a car. There is a desk in the lobby that you can rent from and they will drop the car off at the hotel for you. I also fell and injured myself during my stay, and the staff looked after me very well.

We had a lovely stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris, room was good, comfortable bed, housekeeping was great, minibar topped up everyday, all of the staff were brilliant and very attentive.Food was great, lots of choice with all the a la carte restaurants, buffet was different everyday and lots to choose from. Drinks were really good, decent facilities.. could have had better gym/sports equipment.. we used the tennis court, played beach volleyball and football at certain times through the day.Despina, Dimitri and Maria were all fantastic and made us feel really welcome, always happy to talk to us and serve us everyday, amazing drinks and cocktails throughout our stay.The gyros, crepes and pizza on the beach were all amazing.Thank you to all the staff 👍🏻

Wow, amazing stay . Service was great food was also amazing. Unlimited freshly made gyros and handmade pizza everyday. Drinks were also very good. Special mention to Despina behind the lobby bar in the evening. Really great service helping with everything we needed really a credit to the business. Please make sure this feedback reaches her and she receives some recognition as she was truly amazing.

We had a great stay at Mitsis Maris! The room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent. Everyone was so kind and lovely! Especially Crissy – she was so attentive and always greeted us with a warm smile.Thank you – we’d love to come back!
