The animation team were fab and really helpful. Highly recommend attending the activities throughout the day and night time.We had a lovely view of the sea, the room was cleaned and mini fridge was refilled every day.The bar service is what let the hotel down unfortunately, not very friendly or accommodating

The suite we’ve stayed in is perfect, spacious and private with all the amenities we needed. We were very grateful for the selection of pillows that were available. The bed was very comfortable. Big shout out to Joy who went above and beyond to make the most delicious mocktails - she made every effort to be creative and provide for us which was really appreciated and she always served with a smile! The staff at the hotel are clearly very hard-working and dedicated to providing the guests with a good experience. We’ve really loved the crêperie - they’ve served us with a smile every time and served crêpes that would make the French proud! The staff who cleaned and restocked our room have also gone above and beyond and done an excellent job keeping our room clean, fresh and restocked!

Great hotel, delicious food, and very clean. The rooms are in good condition. We enjoyed the shows in the amphitheater, the gym is also well equipped. Especially thanks to Lidia from the gym, Klaudia from the entertainment team, Sergio from the bar and the cleaning services - you all are doing a great job.Not everything was perfect in the hotel, but things which were reported at the reception were quickly fixed.The things that could be improved are the coffee machines at the main restaurant, they are very slow and often the milk is almost gone, it's being of course refilled after a while, also the amount of coffee that is made could be programmed for the cups.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service! All of the staff are absolutely amazing and especially the entertainment team! We were extremely well looked after! Shout out to Jaco and the archery lady!The only improvement would be the Mexican restaurant's dishes having more flavour! Also the drinks...there is zero consistency! On one night the cocktails were 100% alcohol and undrinkable, however other nights they were delicious! At the beach bar - the guy makes amazing cocktails but the lady....I don't know why but her cocktails don't taste great! Staff definitely need some training and there needs to be overall consistency. Also every bar has a menu but a lot of the times they don't have the ingredients to make the drinks on the menu and don't have ingredients to make classics either

Loved the evening entertainment, Athena was lovely and the vibes were amazing. The pizza on the beach was great thanks to two people, so thank you Ernie and George, it was nice to meet you! Also want to say a special thank you to Adela who has been so lovely and helpful during our trip. Thank you for making our experience even better. My mum loved the flowers! We would love to come back!
