I really enjoyed visiting the Muslim Library of Hafiz Ahmed Aga. I have been coming to Rhodes Town since 2008, but I have always walked pass this library.Lovely tranquil building with a cobbled courtyard, and shady trees. The building is modest, but inside there are display cabinets and artifacts explaining what Hafiz Ahmed's library was all about. It was his vision to make the library a centre of learning for the literate population.Great place to go and visit, especially for those with an open, curious and appreciative mind.

Pretty cool, a small miniature museum one can spend a few minutes in. I think the building is used to contain scriptures and books from antiquity, as you can see in the back there are shelves (which can't be accessed) that have many old books on them.
