NAYA Beach

FEATURES
NAYA Beach, located in Kallithea on the beautiful Rhodes Island, positions itself as a prime tourist attraction and point of interest. User feedback paints a picture of a destination with strong positives in service and amenities, but also significant concerns regarding its cleanliness.
The Good: Convenience, Service, and Activities ✨🍹
For many visitors, NAYA Beach offers a highly enjoyable experience, marked by its convenience and thoughtful service:
- Beautiful Beach & Accessibility: The beach itself is frequently described as a nice, beautiful sandy beach with clear water, making it an appealing spot for sunbathing and swimming. Its proximity to the main road also adds to its accessibility.
- Free Parking: A significant advantage for those arriving by car is the availability of free parking directly at the beach, removing a common travel hassle.
- Exceptional Service & Amenities: NAYA Beach stands out for its attentive service model. Guests are promptly directed to sunbeds and loungers, each equipped with a menu and a buzzer for ordering food and drinks. Waiters are noted for being "instantly" responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. The cost for two loungers and an umbrella was €15, which is a competitive price for a serviced beach.
- Quality Food & Drinks: Patrons have praised the culinary offerings, highlighting "lovely food" and generous portions, particularly a "massive portion" fruit plate that offered great value for money. The "great drinks, especially the fresh orange juice!" also received commendation.
- Water Sports Opportunities: For those seeking more active pursuits, NAYA Beach provides various water sports options. Jet skiing was specifically mentioned as a highly enjoyable activity that some users repeated due to its fun factor.
Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness Concerns 🗑️⚠️
Despite its many positive attributes, NAYA Beach faces notable criticism regarding its upkeep, which significantly impacts the experience for some:
- Rubbish and Dirt: The most consistent complaint revolves around cleanliness. Several reviews indicate a problem with "a lot of rubbish in the back part of the beach." One particularly strong criticism described the beach as "Terrible! Garbage, dirt, dirt, never again!" resulting in a very low rating from that visitor. This suggests that while the front service areas might be well-maintained, the broader beach environment can suffer from neglect.
Overall Verdict ⚖️
NAYA Beach presents a dichotomy. On one hand, it offers excellent service, convenient amenities like free parking, a good selection of food and drinks, and engaging water sports. The innovative buzzer system for ordering adds a touch of modern convenience. On the other hand, the recurring issue of cleanliness, particularly the presence of rubbish, is a significant drawback that detracts from the overall appeal for some visitors. Prospective guests should weigh these factors. If the management addresses the cleanliness issues effectively, NAYA Beach has the potential to become a consistently highly-rated beach destination in Rhodes.
Nice beach with couple of food places. We found free parking just at beach. Also very close to main road. There are options here for water sports here.
This place is great ! You're taken to a sunbed/lounger and given the menu and are told to just ring the buzzer that's on your table to order food/drinks and a waiter is with you instantly. We had some lovely food and a fruit plate which was a massive portion for the price paid, not to mention the great drinks especially the fresh orange juice !. We had a go on the jet ski that was at the beach which was so good that we had another go !
Beautiful sandy beach, clear water. Paid €15 for 2 loungers and an umbrella. There are waiters walking around where you can buy drinks. One point deducted because there is a lot of rubbish in the back part of the beach.
