A lovely little museum, surprisingly interesting. A member of staff talked us through the origin of the Olympic Games with the story behind each exhibit. The whole family truly enjoyed it.

We went to this small museum unsure of what to expect but were pleasantly surprised to be given a personalised 20min tour by a very knowledgeable guide - talking over the history of the island and specifically some of the Ancient Greek technology and how it inspired modern techniques.Then there was a 20 min film on Rhodes and its ancient history.If you have a slight interest in history it would be good to do this at the beginning of your holiday. It only cost 7 euro per person.The staff were excellent and I highly recommend a visit!

While being a rather small museum, it is packed with entertainment, you will get pretty interesting information about the presented artefacts, watch and listen audio/video fragments, and can ask your questions about the subjects. The guide is very polite and knowledgeable. Escape the crowdy market streets and immerse yourself in underlying history, ancient technology and more.
