Comfortable hotel, staff are very efficient and helpful. Excellent location for the beach. One hour coastal walk into the town centre.Food, gym, rooms, pool all excellent.But it’s big and you are at the mercy of the lifts which is unavoidable given the layout.

Spa is a nice area, the outdoor pool being the highlight and the steam room the disappointment. We do recommend people take advantage of the welcome offer as the spa staff trawl the beach for clientele, and outside breakfast. The massage was fantastic - Maria was excellent.

Amazing spa with brilliant staff and fab facilities. My partner and I booked in for an exfoliating scrub and Cretan massage, both of which were incredible. My masseur, Mike, was a true professional and he ensured the experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

We went for an exfoliation and a Cretian massage (2 hours total). Both were absolutely fantastic and relaxing. My massage done by Marianna who was perfect. The Spa facilities for use beforehand were also good.

The first treatment, as in the first feedback, was unfortunately not nice:- cold sauna at the beginning of the appointment- no advice about the individual products- poor communication even when you directly addressed that you felt very uncomfortable, that the sauna was cold, etc. no concession.However, I pick up the rating. The reason the management approached me. Has admitted mistakes on the part of the spa and also that Corona hygiene measures led to errors in planning and preparation. They talked to me, took the feedback very seriously and looked for a solution with me. That really made me very happy!!! We all make mistakes and all you want is professional communication where you are taken seriously. That's why I'm happy to raise the stars again. I hope that subsequent customers will have a great experience and that the situation will lead to improvement. When I am back next year, I will be happy to use the spa again and I am excited! I wish You much success and hope that the communication in the Spa in the future will be as good as that with the hotel management!
