My parents and I were very happy with our stay, the food was good (I think more variety would be good, because the same thing was served every day), the hotel was very clean, the beach was just across the street. The bartenders and waitresses were very polite. Unfortunately, we are sure that on our last day of stay, one of the cleaning ladies took advantage of the end of the season and stole my mother's gold chain, they had their wedding anniversary with my dad, my mom got a new one and threw the old one in her cosmetic bag, she is sure it was there. We searched every corner and unfortunately it was not found :( it does not directly affect the hotel's rating, but our faith in people has been damaged 🥲🥲

Has everything you want..Nice food,drinks swimming pool beach across the road nice and relaxing quiet.Then you have further on down the road out the way loads of bars and restaurants and the old town which has a big castle full of little shops and restaurants nice to go and have a browse interesting would come here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The last time was 9 years ago and we had an amazing time.This time we were disappointed.Food - mediocre and I really struggled to find something I liked so loved on chips and Greek salad for a week.Service - shocking. Not once offered a drink by any restaurant staff yet other people were welcomed by the staff and offered drinks. Reception staff were helpful when asked questions. The best staff member by far was the young lady who welcomed us with a drink and our maid.Rooms - good size and lots more been renovated since our last stay.Location - perfect for us to explore and the main reason we chose to return.Cleanliness - hotel is spotless.Entertainment - horrendous! Hotel was very quiet, the evening entertainment (I use the term loosely) consisted of opera singers. The hotel is extremely quiet. No music around the pool and nothing going on. We went out most nights because of this.The hotel was full of 60/70 old’s plus and we found they were catered for with the entertainment.The restaurant isn’t big enough now they have extended the hotels and it’s carnage trying to get food like everyone had never been fed.Sunbeds - nowhere near enough for the size and it was a battle of the fittest each morning to run and get one.Sadly we won’t go back here and feel they have got too big for the size of facilities and the staff are quite frankly unhelpful and rude at times. Not one of them smiled.If you want deadly quiet, repetitive food and queueing up for everything - this hotel is definatley for you.

Food not good, not hot enough. Both myself and my husband had upset tummy. Very inconsistent in the restaurant, a lot of back and for, for food drinks etc.Pools very cold. Entertainment not good. Other guests were reserving beds round the pool at 7am and then not using them for hours. Overall hotel was very clean but mostly full of older guests etc too. We would not stay here again

Very Clean more or less on the beach hotel ,staff all pleasant andpolite. Food lots off choice , drinks good quality what more do you want ? No problem getting sun beds around pool or on the beach , unsure where bad reviewers have stayed or they like to moan and complain .
