Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Despite paying the regular rental price, we were given an older model car (2019) that had dirty seats and a bad odor. It had scratches all around. They claimed they were very busy and this was the only car available. I couldn't exchange it because they had already made my family wait at the port, saying we couldn't all fit in the shuttle. I didn't want to make them wait even longer by asking for a different car.By the second day, the car had trouble starting due to a nearly dead battery, even though I hadn't left any lights on. On the third day, one of the rear seat belts stopped working. The car also lacked an antenna for the radio and made a strange whooshing noise at speeds of 70-80 km/h.
