I rarely review anything, but given the outstanding service from the RHO Sixt team I feel it’s necessary. The entire process was fantastic! There was no queue to check in at the Sixt desk directly in the arrivals terminal. We were greeted by name and experienced warm, professional and friendly service. The entire process was one of the fastest I’ve experienced with no attempt to up-sell. We were given helpful advice about parking and my daughter was even offered a small gift by both members of staff separately. The car was directly available 50m from terminal and we were even given an upgrade. This is why it pays to use a company like Sixt over the “cheap options.” Traveling over 250.000km/100 days a year, I have to say that the Rhodes team are amongst the best!!

The main reason for this rating was the comprehensive and friendly service provided by Alex, who is the manager of the airport site in Rhodes. He was far superior to any agent we've ever used. The car was available immediately and was in excellent condition. The full insurance package is highly recommended as the vast majority of cars in Greece are scratched and/or dented. There are many tight streets and parking adds to the challenges. Fortunately nothing happened on our trip, but having the insurance provided peace of mind. I can't say enough positive things about Alex and SixT. The kiosk was right in the terminal, which was really convenient. Fast service, and very personable. Rates are very competitive too. Their ratings are high for a reason. Absolutely exceptional and I highly recommend to anyone in need of a car. Also, the public transit system is spotty. People had been waiting for 90 minutes for a bus. Vacation time is too precious. Do yourselves a favor and visit Alex and his team!

I would definitely recommend this rental car company. Well known brand which provides great services. The deposit returning took 2 hours to deposit card - fantastic speed. Additionally it's possible to return the car in non-working hours free of charge (not all companies provide such a service).Thanks
