Me and my son have just got back from a great week at Sun Palace Hotel, I won’t lie I was a bit worried before getting there because of some of the reviews, but nothing to worry about at all.The animation team were awesome and really brought my son out of his shell to make new friends.All the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, with only one issue with staff. This complaint is about one of the restaurant staff (manager maybe, see photo), a few of the young ladies we got talking too complained that he kept following them around the hotel and perving on them, i also witnessed this for myself with one of my friends young wife. Not really on and he should be more professional.All the pools and water park are great fun and really clean.Night entertainment excellent, again well done animation team.Many thanks for a great holiday.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling with kids. I was there with my nephew 2 weeks ago. Splash World was amazing, the food was great, all the bar staff was very friendly and nice! Evening shows for children and for adults was amazing. Congratulations to the animations team. You made our holiday perfect.

Rooms and some of the hotel needs a makeover. Our wardrobe door didn't roll very well. And we had dots on mould in the bathroom on the roof. And the shower pressure varied a lot. Everyone's room seems to be different and have a varied experience. The food was nice and they changed it up very slightly but otherwise, it was a little same same. But there are so many options you can make a meal out of it. Snack bars. Pools. Slides. Shops. Beach. Plenty of sun beds although some are a little rough. The burger restaurant was nice and the Mexican.

A large hotel with msssove amount of people - families mostly.The attraction is a great water park.the kids enjoyed the park and the food.Wifi is available (barely) only in public places, not in the roomsstaff is friendly and helpful.overall its,a good value for money

Don’t listen to the other reviews saying anything negative! I loved this hotel so much! Food was so so good!! Facilities are great. Lots of entertainment. Really nice pools and water park! Staff are the nicest people ever. Only a few minutes walk from the beach. Bus stop across the road and can get around easily. Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to!
