We came here a year ago, to this day we still talk about the amazing food we ate at taverna savvas. During our 10 day holiday we ate here twice and it was amazing, the home cooked food was fantastic. We were desperate to taste goat and here we got it with a salt crusted pastry lid, slow cooked in the oven with several types of homemade bread. The owner is the front of house and could not be nicer and the wife's cooking was exceptional. We tried a few mountain restaurants and this was one our favourites. We plan on coming back to rhodes at some point for the quality of the food. Please do not change a thing it is perfect the way it is.

We stopped here with the group with which we had an excursion around the island. The food at this taverna was comprised in the price. I have to admit that the lamb is awesome and it is a must.

Not great, not terrible. Without the no limit wine the experience would be quite terrible. The staff is great.

Great traditional food. The wine is local and great too. The moussaka is especially to be recommended. Set in a lovely small village this was a lovely pit stop as part of a tour of Rhodes. The grapes were an unexpectedly excellent great desert- local, juicy and tasty.
