Amazing hotel, stayed for 5 nights.Hotel and staff are superb. Beach is amazing, as are the pools.Food and drinks are varied across 3 bars. Our room was huge and very comfortable.Only draw back was the location if you like to be out and about.There isn't much in walking distance. However, there is a taxi rank just outside the hotel where you grab a taxi to Old Rhodes for 13 euros which is well worth a vist. Would stay again

This is not even close to a 5*. Less than 3.The staff are truly amazing and doing everything they can to make the best of a bad situation. The food was good but became very repetitive.Bad points. Rooms need some serious maintenance. Bathroom doors don't close. Shower leaking from above so bits of plaster fall on you.We paid for a sea view and got a roof view. We paid for a hot tub on the balcony but it is in fact a bath in the front room. We were offered a swap, which had a better view but the room was still in need of repair.So much of the furniture around the pool is damaged. You'll get harrased by the spa staff at every opportunity even if you book.Please please buy the aqua gym lady a new speaker! It has blown and rattles.

Dated hotel especially the lounge area, outdoor furniture on the inside, stained seating throughout. Rated as 5 star but food was very disappointing with almost every meal just about warm. Luckily we had a suite which gave the option of eating at the smaller restaurant where the food was better. Location is great couldn't get any closer to the beach and a few minutes drive into Old Rhodes.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The service is of a high standard. The staff are all friendly and always happy to help. Tina, who works at the reception desk, is a credit to the hotel. She is always smiling and was always very helpful. Tina recommended the most amazing local restaurants when we asked and they didn’t disappoint.The location on the beach front is beautiful and overall had a great holiday.

Beautiful hotel my only complaint is we didn't get the room we booked which should have been a garden view & our view is not the best which is disappointing & were told there were no other rooms to move to, also would have lost time repacking & unpacking again when only here for a week. As we overlook the road & waste land, we have had noise & haven't used balcony because of this, also early morning motorbike noise & coaches dropping people off late at night.Food amazing & staff very friendly.
